Hungary posted a 1.1 billion euros trade surplus in June, widening from 1.0 billion in May, the Central Statistical Office (KSH) said in a first reading of data. Exports fell by an annual 10% to 12.2 billion euros. Imports dropped by 7.8% to 11.1 billion euros. Month on month, exports were up 1.9%, while imports rose by 1.3%. Trade with other European Union member states accounted for 76% of Hungary’s exports and 72% of its imports during the month.
