Output of Hungary’s construction sector fell by an annual 3.6% in January, the Central Statistical Office (KSH) said on Tuesday. Output of the buildings segment dropped by 4% and civil engineering output fell by 2.1%.
In absolute terms, construction sector output was worth 348.7 billion forints in January. The buildings segment accounted for 64.4% of the total.
