Fully 194 generally elderly patients with co-morbidities died over the past 24 hours, while 10,625 new infections were registered, koronavirus.gov.hu said on Sunday. Altogether 1,563,242 people have been vaccinated in Hungary, 474,891 of whom have received a second shot, the portal said. The number of active infections has risen to 183,336, while hospitals are caring for 10,652 Covid patients, 1,273 of whom need respiratory assistance. Altogether 50,512 people are in official home quarantine, and the number of tests stands at 4,283,741. Ever since the first outbreak, 571,596 infections have been registered, while fatalities have risen to 18,262. Fully 369,998 people have made a recovery.
