LMP DEMANDS GOVT RELEASE TESTS DATA

The opposition LMP party has called on the government to make sure that data on mass coronavirus testing reaches municipal leaders and protection bodies.
Unimpeded information flows are indispensable when it comes to protection against the epidemic, László Lóránt Keresztes, the green party’s parliamentary group leader, told an online press conference. He accused the government of withholding basic data on infections. He said it was also incumbent on hospitals to furnish municipal leaders with data on coronavirus infection cases.
Meanwhile, the LMP politician said it made no sense to hold school graduation exams and to ease restrictions “when the epidemic is at its peak”.
