GOVT EXPECTS QUESTIONNAIRE TO BE RETURNED BY AUG 15

Residents have until August 15 to contribute their feedback to the government’s latest “national consultation” survey, Csaba Dömötör, a state secretary at the Prime Minister’s Cabinet Office, said. Questions in the survey focus on public support for the government’s measures taken during the coronavirus epidemic, as well as the introduction of a state of health emergency with regard to a second wave of the novel virus, he told public broadcaster M1. The survey will also seek to gauge the public’s opinion on plans to increase the protection of people in elderly care homes and step up domestic production of protective gear, Dömötör said, adding that the questions would also cover economic issues, with special regard to job creation.
