OTP Bank’s Bulgarian subsidiaries, DSK Bank and Expressbank have closed their sale of Bulgarian insurance company Express Life Bulgaria, OTP has told MTI. With the closing of the transaction, Express Life Bulgaria is now owned by Groupama Zhivotozastrahovane, a Bulgarian unit of the Groupama Group. OTP said on July 10 that it signed an agreement to sell 100% of the insurer.
