ORBÁN TO ATTEND V4, WESTERN BALKANS SUMMIT IN PRAGUE

 

Prime Minister Viktor Orbán will attend a summit of the Visegrad Group and countries of the Western Balkans in Prague on Thursday, the PM’s press office reported. The prime ministers of the Visegrad countries are scheduled to meet at the invitation of Czech PM Andrej Babis, then have a working lunch with leaders of Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, North Macedonia, Kosovo, Montenegro and Serbia.

According to information from the Czech government, the summit is aimed at strengthening cooperation between the two regions. The talks will focus on composition of the new European Commission, the EU’s next financial framework, as well as infrastructure, human resources, education, financial stability and climate change.
