DK calls for series of ANTI-GOVT protests

The opposition Democratic Coalition (DK) is launching a series of anti- government demonstrations, DK MEP and deputy leader Csaba Molnár
said. DK invites “everyone who values the homeland and wants to see an end to the Orbán regime” to join its demonstrations at Kossuth Square in
front of Parliament every afternoon starting on Tuesday, Molnár told a press conference. He also said he and fellow DK MEP Péter Niedermüller,
having voted for the Sargentini report last week, will report themselves to Hungary’s chief public prosecutor for treason, referring to remarks from the ruling parties that Hungarian MEPs who backed the report were guilty of treason.
